ENES

Three decisions

How we work

Sliced Mystika tomatoes on a wooden board, next to whole tomatoes and olive oil.

Our tomatoes are packed where they are picked. No conveyor belts, no machinery, no intermediate handling. This reduces handling and lets us care for each fruit from the very start, so it reaches the customer in the best possible condition.

Packed in the field

Every tomato is placed into its box by hand, on the farm, shortly after being picked. There is no intermediate warehouse and no later handling: the box packed among the plants is the same box the customer receives.

No machinery involved

We use no conveyor belts and no automatic packing lines. The fruit doesn’t roll, drop or take knocks. A premium tomato is delicate by nature, and every mechanical step removed is damage that never happens.

Longer shelf life, no tricks

A tomato that hasn’t been through the mill arrives in better condition and holds up longer on arrival. It isn’t a preservation technique — it’s simply what happens when the fruit is handled well from the first minute.

Straight from the plant to the box. And from the box to the customer.
