We are Stella del Cabo. We hand-select and pack premium tomato varieties beside Cabo de Gata, in Almería, and supply markets across Spain and Europe.

We grow five varieties, each with its own season and character. Mystika is the newest, and the one least like anything you already know.

A blue tomato with dark skin, red heart and intense flavour
A gourmet tomato with near-black skin and firm, deep red flesh. A profound, gently sweet flavour with just the right acidity. Hand-packed in the field.

Packed in the field
Every box is filled among the plants, not in a warehouse. Picked and placed by hand in the same plot.
No belts, no machinery
The fruit takes no knocks because nothing handles it. No belts, no packing line.
Longer shelf life
Less handling today means a longer shelf life tomorrow: more time for the fruit to retain its quality and freshness at destination.
We started in 2016, growing tomatoes for others. In 2023 we took the step and created our own brand. Today our way of working remains firmly rooted in the field, with exacting selection and care in every box.
